Delivers nicotine in either 2 mg or 4 mg doses when chewed.
Typical Use:
- Starting on Quit Date, chew gum for 30 minutes per use
- Use as directed, and do not exceed recommended dosage

Nicotine Patch:
Delivers nicotine in steady doses through patch applied to the skin.
Typical Use:
- Starting on Quit Date, apply patch daily each morning and wear for 16 to 24 hours
- Start with stronger dose patches, and ‘taper down’ to lower strengths over time #(per dosage instructions)
- Duration of treatment is usually 6 to 12 weeks
